Easycast launder system
The Tralcon Easycast launders are designed to meet the customer's specific needs and wishes. Easycast launders are manufactured from fused silica concrete that has been composed with the greatest possible care.
Easycast launders are superior in areas where precision, durability, and thermal shock resistance are required. In addition, our Easycast launders are highly resistant to aluminum, which benefits the flow and service life.
Our production process:
During our visit, we will identify the current situation and the package of requirements and wishes of you as a customer. We will then inspect the current installation. Based on this information, we will conclude whether an improvement can be realized with the implementation of an Easycast launder system. As the client, you can then decide whether you would like us to place a test part or set-up which we will then carefully monitor.
Thanks to our years of experience in the worldwide aluminum industry, and the already proven results of the Easycast launder system, we think we are more than capable to understand your exact situation and provide you with a possible improvement / solution to your process.
Flexible Connection Part
The Tralcon flexible connection part is supplied as a complete gasket, which can be mounted between the warming furnace and launder system. Together with steel flanges, it is easily applied within your system.
The Tralcon Flexible Connection Part not only saves you a lot of costs but also significantly improves safety when replacing this launder part of the system.
Replacing your conventional connection between the furnace and launder system requires the bolts to be unscrewed, and if necessary, lift the piece out with a crane or small truck.
After installing the new launder, it will take approx. 4 to 6 hours for your system to get ready for production.
In addition, the replaced part will be taken to the workshop where the old refractory part needs to be replaced, this will take approx. 2 to 6 hours, depending on the used refractory material.
